I am a 3rd generation Kansan. I have lived, worked, played, and been in community with Lawrence Kansas for the past 20 years. I have been practicing massage therapy since 2007. I trained and received certification at Massage Therapy Training Institute (currently WellSpring School of Allied Health). I am an insured member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). I have licensure in Lawrence Kansas. CL-27844. I have worked/co-owned at a few Wellness Centers and Spas in Lawrence since receiving my certificate. This is the first time I have had my very own office.

Continuing education that I have received includes Reiki I and Reiki II attunements with Heather Johns in the Master Usui lineage, Foundation for Shamanic Studies courses with Ellen Winner JD CSC, Mary Magdalen's Touch Intensives with Yeshe-La Chodron, Cacao ceremony with Laura Martin-Eagle, Women's Healing Arts Training with Kara Ananda , general council for neonatal, natal, and post-natal care, Yoga Nidra workshop with Mona Anand, and I am currently completing Radiance Sutras Meditation Teacher Training with Dr. Lorin Roche and Camille Maurine.

I enjoy sound and exploring it's impact on our lives. I have been playing a bodhrán drum for six years as a form of healing.
